There has been an exciting boost to the team at Somerset Timbers with a staff promotion and new appointment. These changes are aimed at improving the level of service for both external and walk-in customers.
Firstly congratulations to Simon Makua, who was promoted from Internal Sales (front counter) to Retail Sales Supervisor. Simon has been part of the Somerset Timbers family for 22 years and his timber knowledge and sales experience is invaluable.
The newest member of our team is France Stena who has been appointed as Hardware Sales Supervisor. France has an outstanding track record in the hardware trade and brings within a range of much-needed expertise.
Such a boost to the team is an exciting show of confidence in the timber industry and the related construction services that support it. We look forward to what the 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarters of 2024 bring.
